Our tide clocks are assembled by our small business in Massachusetts. The frame is produced by a company in Rhode Island that constructs the frame from solid bass wood and real glass, we create the imagery on a Mac computer, print on a high-end, professional inkjet printer, punch a hole, mount it, slide the mechanism in, and screw the back plate into place.

Our clocks are analog, or "mechanical tide clocks", they can hang on the wall as a wall clock, or sit on a mantle & tabletop, they are about 7" high and about 7" across. Most feature a blue or green ring image containing the tide information to choose from and a white or natural frame choice.

A tide clock is not a weather station though often compared to one because they are often used by the same audience, people who enjoy the ocean. The one thing that some have in common is the forecasting of the tides and the cycles of the moon. A tide clock will tell you nothing about the weather, only whether you should grab your towel and hit the sand.
